Renewable Entrance Scholarship

Up to $17,000 (over 4 years) per recipient

  • First-year award ranges from $1,000 to $5,000
  • Starts at 75% final admission average
  • Renewal award of $1,000 to $4,000 for 3 years
  • You will automatically be considered

Founders' Academic Merit Scholarship

$36,000 ($9,000 x 4) per recipient

  • 10 available each year
  • Minimum 90% admission average
  • Must demonstrate superior leadership skills
  • Cannot be combined with the Vice-Provost Entrance Scholarship or Renewable Entrance Scholarship
  • Apply by January 25, 2025

Vice-Provost Entrance Scholarship

$20,000 ($5,000 x 4) per recipient

  • One per full-time program
  • Awarded to one student with the highest final admission average for their respective program
  • Cannot be combined with the Founders' Academic Merit Scholarship or Renewable Entrance Scholarship
  • Applicants are automatically considered

Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) Entrance Award

$1,000 per recipient

  • Must have completed an applicable SHSM
  • Minimum final admission average of 80%
  • Automatically considered (your guidance counsellor must confirm your SHSM has been completed when uploading your admission grade data to the OUAC)

$2,000 per recipient

  • Assists students who demonstrate financial need
  • Cannot be combined with the Diversity Entrance Bursary
  • Apply by April 15, 2025

  • Successful completion of the IB diploma program or GCSE A-level credential
  • Cannot be held with the University of Guelph-Humber Study in Canada Scholarship
