At the University of Guelph-Humber, we believe our students’ health and well-being are critical. 

That’s why we offer a wide array of resources on campus and online for students to care for their physical and mental health and wellness. 

Our students have access to shared supports with Humber Polytechnic. Learn more about what these include:  

• The Student Wellness & Accessibility Centre, which offers medical and nursing assistance, as well as counselling services 

• Campus Dental, our on-campus dental office that accepts the student IGNITE insurance plan 

• The Humber Fitness Centre, where students can use the gym and take fitness classes for free, as well as access discounted personal training sessions 

• Multi-faith space on-campus for spiritual wellness 

• Convenient access to the Humber Spa for relaxation
