Guaranteed Workplace Experience

Every honours bachelor’s degree has required work placement hours that are built into your regular course of study. You’ll be supported by your Field Placement Coordinator to help with your success. This ensures you will graduate with workplace experience that will guide your career decisions.

Undergraduate Scholarly Activities

If research interests you, get to know the many research opportunities inside and outside of class. Conduct research as a Research Assistant with faculty, funded by the University’s Research Grant Fund. 

Apply classroom knowledge

  • Contribute to research publications

Graduate and Professional Schools

Graduate and professional schools Upon completion of your program, you will be prepared to submit applications to graduate or professional studies if you wish to further your university education in programs such as master’s degrees, PhDs, law school or medical school.

Post-graduation Work Permit (PGWP)
 

 Canada’s national post-graduation employment program is designed to provide graduating international students with Canadian work experience. International students who graduate from the University of Guelph-Humber are eligible to apply for a Post-graduation Work Permit.
