From now until December 19, 2014, when you drop off your non-perishable food items, you'll give to families in need and help us achieve our goal of doubling last year’s donation. It’s a challenge handed down from our Vice Provost himself. “The GH Gives Holiday Food Drive has been highly successful over the last few years, resulting in 1,000 lb. of food last year for the Daily Bread Food Bank,” says Dr. John Walsh, Vice Provost of the University of Guelph-Humber. “This year, I challenge everyone to collect 2,000 lb. and make this the most successful food drive yet!”

Your donation can help make a difference
We’re donating the items we collect to the Daily Bread Food Bank, a non-profit, charitable organization fighting to end hunger in our communities. Every year, thousands of people across Toronto rely on food banks. Daily Bread serves those in need through neighborhood food banks and meal programs in over 170 member agencies.
Thank you for your support. If you have any questions about this year's food drive, email academicservices@guelphhumber.ca.
