Research and Scholarly Activity
At the University of Guelph-Humber we come to research and scholarly activity with a different approach.
You’ll notice our program is slightly different than most.
We encourage our students to participate in activities that will prepare them for the future by developing research skills needed for today’s careers or to compete for graduate school.
We’ve had students published as co-authors on articles, participate in the year-end symposiums and present at academic conferences.
Whether through a project supported by the University of Guelph-Humber Research Grant Fund, or the thesis study option in one of our academic programs, undergraduate students can work with an expert in the discipline and produce studies that contribute to the scholarly literature and address social challenges.
Research and Scholarly Activities can change our understanding of the world and the people who live in it. It requires curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to conceive unique solutions.
