Admission information for applicants applying to postsecondary for the first time with diagnosed disabilities

The University of Guelph-Humber strives to provide equal opportunity for academically qualified students with disabilities. If you believe that your admission average does not reflect your true academic ability as a result of a disability, you are encouraged to complete the Supplementary Information Form for Students with Disabilities (SIF-D). The form submission deadline is March 1, 2025. Full details can be found on our Supplementary Information page.

The Supplementary Information Form for Students with Disabilities is administered by the University of Guelph for the University of Guelph-Humber. 

Admission information for applicants applying with postsecondary experience (i.e., a transfer applicant) with diagnosed disabilities

If you believe that your admission average does not reflect your true academic ability as a result of disability, you are encouraged to send in supplemental information (e.g., supporting letter) by the document deadline to the University of Guelph-Humber Admissions Office to be considered along with your application. Please do not send any medical documentation with your support letter.

Accessible Learning Services facilitates equal access for students with disabilities by coordinating academic accommodations and services. The office is part of the Student Wellness & Accessibility Centre. If you are in need of support services, please contact Accessible Learning Services to learn more information. Services include academic accommodations, assistive technology training and learning supports. Academic accommodations are tailored to correspond with your specific program requirements and your individual disability-related needs.
