Midterms were hard, but you got through them! De-stress as you head into the final stretch of the semester. Refresh for Success will take place the week of April 1st for the Winter 2024 semester.

Check out all the different things you can do on-campus to refresh:
- Participate on a group fitness class at the Humber Fitness Centre. If you can’t make it in-person, they have free recorded classes you can use at home!
- Take a walk by yourself or with some friends in the Humber Arboretum.
- Treat yourself to some self-care at the Humber Spa!

- AllTrails – Collection of detailed, hand-curated trail maps so you can hit the trail with confidence!
- Balance – Personalized meditation audio program.
- FitOn – Free fitness app that lets you work out anytime, anywhere. Unlimited access to workouts from celebrity trainers.
- Headspace – Guided meditations, animations, articles, and videos, all in the distinct Headspace style.
- Lake – A colouring app with the largest collection of colouring books by indie illustrators. Unwind and relax by being creative.
- Nike Run Club – Guided runs to give you a voice inside your head that believes you can do it, then shows you how. Bring focus to your mind and body with guided runs.
- Nike Training Club – We may be stuck indoors, but that doesn't mean we can't be active. We can move, sweat, get stronger and thrive. It’s time to go all-in by working out with NTC live in your living room.
- Shine – Daily self-care ritual app that includes meditation, community, reflection and more.
