Fall 2024/Winter 2025 Parking Registration

- Student parking permits are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A permit is issued for use of the registered owner(s) only and cannot be, transferred, re-sold, loaned to another for any reason at any time.
- The purchase of a permit constitutes an agreement on the part of the registered owner(s) to abide by the rules as enforced by Humber Parking Services. Humber Parking Regulations and Municipal Bylaws apply to ALL motor vehicles.
- Vehicles in violation of these rules will be subject to a Parking Infraction Notice issued under the authority of the Toronto Police Parking Enforcement Contract Services.
- Permits are valid from 04 Sept 2024 – 30 April 2025.

Parking Lot Info
Premium (Lot 3 on campus):
Premium parking is extremely limited works on a first come, first served basis, and generally sells out within moments of going on-sale.
North Campus Parking Lot 3 and Parking Garage – Parking Permits
- Lot 3 will be for Guelph-Humber student commuter permit holders (access by ONECard). Please note, daily/visitor parking will not be available in Lot 3.
- If you find that Lot 3 is full, the parking garage will act as Guelph-Humber overflow parking
- Your parking permit must be accessed through the ONECard smartphone application. ONECard is a smartphone application that will be used by students, instructors and staff as their digital identification, digital key and digital wallet solution for campus-wide services. It’s free, easy to use and secure.

Lot 5 on campus:

Parking Permit Costs
Lot 1, on campus (Students Living in Residence ONLY) |

Residence (Lot 1 on campus):
Students living in residence will have access to Lot 1 and DO NOT have to use WebAdvisor to order their parking pass. Students will be required to notify parking services via email at parkingandlockers@guelphhumber.ca with their interest in Lot 1. Once verified, students will have access to download via the ONECard smartphone application.
The Lot 1 on-campus parking pass fee will be posted to students’ WebAdvisor account upon ordering.
Pay on Exit Parking (Lots 06, 08, 10 & Parking Garage):
If you occasionally drive to the University, a limited number of spaces are available in the Pay on Exit parking lots (Lots 06, 08, 10 & Parking Garage).
The rates are as follows:
2 hours or less = $4
2-4 hours = $6
Over 4 hours (Daily Max.) = $10
Methods of payment include debit, credit and contactless mobile wallets.
There are no in-and-out privileges during the day.

ONECard App
Students must download the ONECard smartphone application in order to access parking.
The ONECard App is available for download via the Apple App Store and Google Play app store. Visit the ONECard App page for more information.
Parking for Students with Disabilities
Accessible parking spaces are available for staff and students with a valid Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Disabled Person Parking Permit and a valid University of Guelph-Humber parking permit. Individuals with a valid parking permit who have a temporary health or disability may apply for a special Medical Parking Permit. A doctor’s medical certificate is required. The special permit is non-renewable and is valid for a maximum of 2 months. Medical Permit Holders must park in designated “MEDICAL” spaces and are not permitted to park in MTO Accessible parking spaces.
