Kristal Moore is the Lead Crime Analyst at South Simcoe Police Service. She provides analytical support to the Criminal Investigations Bureau, assisting investigations by producing analytical reports and products for investigators and Crown attorney in criminal court trials. She also compiles statistical reports for senior command and the police service board and disseminates internal and external BOLOs and bulletins for frontline officers. Kristal began her career as a Tactical Criminal Intelligence Analysts with the Crime Analytical Support Team in CIB at the Ontario Provincial Police. In this role, she worked on Major Case Management (MCM) cases across Ontario, preparing analytical reports and products to support investigative teams. She has contributed to investigations involving homicides, missing persons cases, coroners’ inquest, and conspiracy to commit.

Detective Sergeant Clint McLellan has been employed by South Simcoe Police since 2016. He has worked in general patrol, the Community Response Unit, and most recently, the Street Crime Unit. Prior to policing, he worked enforcement for the Alcohol and Gaming Commission, the Ontario SPCA, and the City of Markham.
