Important Dates and Deadlines

Monday, January 6, 2025: Summer 2025 Application to Graduate opens on WebAdvisor. (Read more about applying to graduate)

February 15, 2025: Graduation Award applications and nominations are due.

Friday, February 28, 2025: Last day to complete a Summer 2025 Application to Graduate, without application late fee.

Friday April 25, 2025: Last day to complete a Summer 2025 Application to Graduate, with application late fee.  

Week of May 5, 2025: MarchingOrder registration opens to RSVP to attend convocation. Registration link is emailed to students who completed an Application to Graduate.
End of May 2025: MarchingOrder registration closes to RSVP to attend convocation. 

June 16, 2025: Convocation
Ceremony times will be announced at the end of the Winter 2025 semester.

July 31, 2025: For graduates who did not attend convocation, parchments are mailed to your address on file in WebAdvisor. Update now using this step-by-step guide. 

August 6, 2024: Fall 2024 Application to Graduate opens on WebAdvisor (Read more about applying to graduate). 

September 27, 2024: Fall 2024 Application to Graduate closes on WebAdvisor (Read more about applying to graduate).

October 26, 2024: Fall 2024 Graduation – Graduates are invited to attend the June 2025 convocation ceremony. (Read more about Fall graduation).

December 5, 2024: You Did It! Convocation Photo Experience - Fall 2024 graduates, and those who graduated in Summer 2024 who did not attend Convocation, can register here to return to campus for an event hosted by Alumni Services.
