Caroline Fabbruzzo

Caroline Fabbruzzo,  Ed.D., MA ECS, BA ECE, RECE is a Sessional Instructor at the  University of Guelph-Humber (Early Childhood Studies & Community and Social Services), and Assistant Professor at Western University (Master of Professional Education, Field of Early Childhood Education, and the Faculty of Social Sciences).

Caroline has over 25 years of experience in various aspects of children’s mental health, including child care, prevention and early intervention services, family support programs and program development and evaluation. The focus of her work has been supporting children and families living in communities at risk through interprofessional collaboration. Caroline completed a Doctorate in Education focussed on interprofessional collaboration among early childhood professionals in higher education. 

Caroline fosters future early childhood professionals to address their ethical obligation of collaborating with one another to promote skills, knowledge, and pedagogical practices that will best prepare them to make the greatest possible difference in children’s lives.
